If you want an up-to-date passenger van, the Sprinter’s the one to consider. Unlike other vans shown here, the Sprinter was recently redesigned. It comes in a 12- and 15-person setup with the choice of three engines: a 188-horsepower turbocharged 2.0-liter 4-cylinder, a 161-horsepower 2.1-liter 4-cylinder diesel, and a 188-horsepower 3.0-liter 6-cylinder diesel. 4WD is optional.

The Sprinter is expensive, befitting its Mercedes roots, but it offers good tech features, such as adaptive cruise control, and many customizations.

Other 10-Passenger Vans

The Nissan NV was discontinued in 2021 but is still available used. The NV only comes in a 12-passenger configuration, though Nissan offers a multitude of seating arrangements. It also has seats that are easily adjustable and removable to make room for cargo. The NV came standard with a 261-horsepower 4.0-liter V6 engine. A 375-horsepower 5.6-liter V8 was available. Nissan NV models from 2012-2022 look the same.

The Ram ProMaster requires an aftermarket conversion to seat more than 2 passengers. It is possible to find a ProMaster on the used market that has already been converted, but they are not common.
